Eliza’s Manor contributes towards other Christchurch and local suppliers as part of a sustainability programme.

Local Support

We source as much as we can from Canterbury. We forage all over Christchurch, from stone fruit, walnuts, wild greens, herbs to edible flowers. Whatever we can’t get ourselves, we try and purchase locally.

We champion New Zealand produce and try to incorporate this in all aspects of the business. From our drinks list being Majority New Zealand based to the toiletries in the rooms – we always look for a local option.

The only thing we overlook is Bealey Ave
